To provide an apparatus for attaching a birds nest prevention device to an arm fixture with time and effort as less as possible and reliably preventing itself from dropping from the arm fixture.
SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a fixing plate 5 for fixing the birds nest prevention device 2 and a clip 13 attached to the arm fixture 3, wherein the clip 13 has a clamp 14 to be engaged to the outer surface of the arm fixture 3 so as to be put in non-rotation state to the arm fixture 3 when being attached and an operation member 15 for openably operating the clamp member 14, the clamp member 14 has a pair of sandwiching walls 17 to be engaged with the outer surface of the arm fixture 3 by sandwiching both sides of the arm fixture 3, the sandwiching walls 17 become close or separate to each other by operating the operation member 15, a holding tool 21 is externally provided so as to be stretched between the sandwiching walls 17 of the clamp member 14 to hold the clamp member 14 in an attached state of engagement with the outer surface of the arm fixture 3, and the holding tool 21 is removably provided ON the clamp member 14.
