A method and a system for regenerating a body fluid, such as a peritoneal dialysis fluid. The body fluid is removed into an extracorporeal circuit comprising an electrofilter for removing charged ions from the body fluid, a nanofilter for removing large molecules, such as Dextran 40, and a reverse osmosis filter for concentrating the body fluid, for producing a synthetic urine to be discarded. The removed ions and large molecules are returned to the patient together with pure water from the reverse osmosis filter through an ultrafilter.La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de régénération dun fluide corporel, tel quun fluide de dialyse péritonéale, transféré dans un circuit extracorporel comportant un électrofiltre afin déliminer les ions chargés du fluide corporel, un nanofiltre afin déliminer de grandes molécules telles que du dextrane 40 et un filtre dosmose inverse afin de concentrer le fluide corporel, de façon à produire une urine synthétique à éliminer. Les ions et les grandes molécules éliminés sont réintroduits chez le patient en même temps que de leau pure à partir du filtre dosmose inverse au travers dun ultrafiltre.
