PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification device capable of reliably filling a blood flow path and a dialysis fluid flow path of blood purification means with priming liquid, and dispensing with a reversing operation of the blood purification means by a medical worker at the start of blood purification treatment.SOLUTION: In a blood purification device, a dialyzer 2 is held in a state that a blood lead-out port 2b is directed upward when pouring priming liquid in priming.
