A novel method for producing an immunogenic composition or vaccine comprising inactivated lentivirus, in particular inactivated HIV, wherein producer cells producing, preferably constituvely producing lentivirus particles are provided, the lentivirus particles are produced by these producer cells in the presence of an antiretroviral (ARV) agent which is an inhibitor of the IN-LEDGF/p75 interaction, the inactivated lentivirus is recovered and formulated in a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle or carrier. The invention also relates to immunogenic compositions or vaccines and to methods for the therapeutic or prophylactic treatment of a mammal, especially a human, and various therapy combinations involving the administration of said immunogenic compositions or vaccines.La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé de production dune composition immunogène ou dun vaccin comprenant un lentivirus inactivé, en particulier le VIH inactivé, selon lequel on fournit des cellules productrices produisant, de préférence de façon constitutive, des particules de lentivirus, les particules de lentivirus sont produites par ces cellules productrices en présence dune agent antirétroviral (ARV) qui est un inhibiteur de linteraction IN-LEDGF/p75, le lentivirus inactivé est récupéré et il est formulé dans un véhicule ou support pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Linvention concerne également des compositions immunogènes ou des vaccins, ainsi que des procédés pour le traitement thérapeutique ou prophylactique dun mammifère, en particulier un être humain, et différentes combinaisons thérapeutiques impliquant ladministration desdites compositions immunogènes ou desdits vaccins.
