The introduction of aminolevulinic acid in a liquid state in the treatment of tumor tissues has revealed its suitability in clinical trials satisfactorily, however in the state of the art there is no equipment prepared for the application of this new interstitial or intralesional photodynamic therapy which can be manufactured in series and capable of working as soon as the laser generator refers, in a range of wavelength values between 300 and 1,200 nm, with the advantage that in addition to the treatment of tumor tissues it can be used in the treatment of suppurative hydrosadenitis, anal fistulas and with powers between 0.001 and 10 watts.La introducción del ácido aminolevulínico en estado líquido en el tratamiento de tejidos tumorales, ha revelado su idoneidad en ensayos clínicos de forma satisfactoria, sin embargo en el estado de la técnica no existe ningún equipo preparado para la aplicación de esta nueva terapia fotodinámica intersticial o intralesional que puede ser fabricado en serie y capaces de trabajar en cuanto el generador láser se refiera, en una horquilla de valores de longitud de onda comprendida entre 300 a 1.200 nm, con la ventaja de que además del tratamiento de tejidos tumorales puede ser utilizado en el tratamiento de la hidrosadenitis supurativas, fístulas anales y con potencias comprendida entre 0,001 y 10 vatios.
