A spinal implant comprises a body including a support and a base that define a cavity configured for disposal of a member and including a wall that defines a bay configured for disposal of a longitudinal dement. The longitudinal element is engageable with the wall to fix the longitudinal dement with the body and move the base relative to the support to fix the member with the body in the cavity.
