The invention relates to a flexible dispensing container for applying hair fibre or concealer, not suitable for other powder products, and belongs to the hairdressing industry. The invention comprises: a flexible part, called a flexible dispensing container (1), which houses the hair fibre. Said part is joined to an immovable, fixed, quantity-regulating filter (2) into the upper part of which is inserted an upper, movable, quantity-regulating filter (3) that rotates on the immovable filter. The filters have a diameter of approximately 1.5 cm and are cylindrical. By means of both filters, the fibre is dispensed according to quantity levels, according to the hair loss. There are three quantity levels: level 1 (7), level 2 (8) and level 3 (9). The filters comprise 8 and 12 holes (4, 5) which, when the quantity level is chosen, produce a combination of holes, the position and opening thereof causing the hair fibre to be applied to each of the individual's hairs, in the desired area.Envase flexible dosificador para aplicación de fibra o maquillaje capilar, no valido otro producto en polvo.
