By driving the base plates (51) and the anti-toppling supporting feet (32) into soil, the problems of small-diameter installation deep holes being difficult to dig, low efficiency and high labour intensity are overcome; and the connection support (2) is used so that a non-standard pipe which had to be selected to meet the height requirement of the frost protection machine (1) is replaced with a standard pipe, saving on material costs, and transport and storage are also facilitated.
