The present invention relates to a method for producing a concentrated fodder having improved palatability with respect to fowl, and to a concentrated fodder produced through the same. The method comprises: a palm mesocarp hydrolysate semi-drying step of adjusting a cellulase hydrolysate of palm mesocarp which is a byproduct obtained from a palm oil producing process to have a moisture content of 10 to 30%； a granulating step of producing the palm mesocarp hydrolysate semi-dried through the palm mesocarp hydrolysate semi-drying step into granules or flakes； and a dressing/covering step of mixing and dressing or covering a coating material on the granules or flakes produced through the granulating step. A palm mesocarp hydrolysate dressed or covered by a coating material which is powder of one or more materials selected from the group consisting of grains, soybean cakes, corns, rice bran, cassava, and palm-kernel meal is very effective in improving palatability of fowl including chicken without being mixed with a seasoning fodder including a separate fragrance ingredient or a seasoning agent, thereby being capable of serving as a good fodder which can increase fodder consumption of fowl including chicken.본 발명은 팜유 제조 공정의 부산물인 팜 과육(mesocarp)의 셀룰라아제 가수분해물을 수분함량 10 내지 30%로 조절하는 팜 과육 가수분해물 반건조단계； 상기 반건조단계를 통하여 반건조된 팜 과육 가수분해물을 과립 또는 후레이크로 제조하는 과립화단계； 및 상기 과립화단계를 통하여 제조된 과립 또는 후레이크에 도포재를 혼합하여 분의 또는 피복하는 분의/피복단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가금류에 대한 기호성이 증진된 농후사료의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 농후사료에 대한 것으로 곡물, 대두박, 옥수수, 미강, 카사바, 팜커널밀로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상 재료의 분말인 도포재로 분의 또는 피복된 팜 과육 가수분해물은 별도의 착향제 또는 감미제를 포함하는 풍미사료의 혼합 없이도 닭을 포함한 가금류의 기호성 증진에 매우 효과적이므로 닭을 포함한 가금류의 사료 섭취량을 증가시킬 수 있는 좋은 사료가 될 수 있다.
