PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator for hair bleach or an oxidation hair dye which easily and applies bleach or an oxidation hair dye to the base of hair in a short time.SOLUTION: The applicator 1 for hair bleach or an oxidation hair dye is an applicator used for applying hair bleach or an oxidation hair dye to hair. The applicator 1 includes: a container 2 having a bottom 2a at its bottom end and an opening 2b at its top end for storing internally the bleach or the dye and a lid 3 mounted on the opening 2b of the container 2. The lid 3 has at least two nozzles 12. The nozzles 12 each have a flow channel 12a where the bleach or the dye stored in the container 2 flows.
