The subject of this invention relates to a manufacturing method of stuffed food by supplying solid substances to the inside of foodstuff and its apparatus. The solution of this invention comprises a stuffing machine (2) having an assembled tube nozzle (9) a solid substances supply device (41) which is configured to supply solid substances (S) to the assembled tube nozzle (9) and a control device (17) for controlling the operation of the stuffing machine (2) and the solid substances supply device (41). The assembled tube nozzle (9) is provided with a central tube (36) at the inner side of the inner tube (55) and a plurality of helical louver portions (37c) are provided on the outer periphery of the central tube (36).
