- 本发明公开了一种进境粮谷下脚料无害化处理与再利用方法。本发明方法包括以下步骤:a.无害化处理:将小麦下脚料、大豆下脚料分别置于密闭容器,抽真空,然后通入蒸汽,于30kPa、高于75℃的条件下处理10min,完成无害化处理;b.再利用:将无害化处理过的小麦下脚料、大豆下脚料与发酵菌按质量比50‑60:40‑50:0.5混合均匀,分装至有出气阀的包装袋后密封,发酵5‑7天,得到养殖饲料。本发明制备的饲料可用于宠物饲料,将有风险的有机废弃物转化为高附加值的饲料产品,对于资源的循环利用和环境保护都具有重要的实际意义。
