The present invention relates to a laser system for a treatment of a body tissue on the inner circumferential surface of tissues. The laser system (1) comprises a laser source (4) for generating a laser beam (5), a handpiece (6) having a treating head (7), a control device (8), and a scanner (9), wherein the treating head (7) is extended along a longitudinal shaft (10), is made of a material which is transparent for the laser beam (5) and has a first refractive index, and has an incidence beam section (11) flow into the treating head (7) in the direction of the longitudinal shaft (10). The treating head (7) has cone-shaped output surface (12) arranged around the longitudinal shaft (10). The cone-shaped output surface (12) has a sharp tip (13) on the opposite side of a light source of the incident beam section (11), has a minimum surface radius (r) and a maximum surface radius (R), and has a semi opened angle (&alpha). The semi opened angle (&alpha) is formed to provide total reflection of the incident beam section (11) to a beam section (14) reflected in the treating head (7) and provide refraction of the beam section (14) reflected to an emitted beam section (15) radially emitted through an output surface (12) from the treating head (7). The incident beam section (11) has the average diameter (d) of the difference between the maximum surface radius (R) and the minimum scanning radius (Rin) on the position of the output surface (12).
