PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable health appliance that can be easily attached or detached, and is excellent in strength.SOLUTION: In a health appliance, a push member whose apex is arch-shaped in the longitudinal direction, and whose vertical cross section is shaped like a convex arc is pressed against a human body so that stiffness or the like can be alleviated by the same effects as massage and acupressure. The push member has a rectangular parallelepiped plug that projects downward on the bottom face, and the health appliance has a base where a rectangular slot into which the plug is fitted is opened at a region where the push member is disposed, facilitating an operation to position the push member at a desired position of the base for coupling.
