PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mixing and supplying device capable of contriving the improvement in work efficiency by disposing a specific carrying belt and a specific bucket conveyer in a supply hopper having side plates on the right and left sides. SOLUTION: This mixing and supplying device is obtained by disposing a carrying belt 3 moving from one side to the other side on the bottom of a supply hopper 2 having side plates 17 on its right and left sides and further disposing a bucket conveyer 10 inclined on one side in the supply hopper 2. The mixing and supplying device is also obtained by disposing a carrying belt 3 moving from one side to the other side on the bottom of a supply hopper 2 having side plates 17 on its right and left sides and further disposing a bucket conveyer 10 comprising a pair of frames 11 and rotated buckets 16 on the other side of the supply hopper 2. The bucket conveyers 10 can be switched into a mixing position that the bucket conveyer 10 is superposed with the carrying belt 3 above the carrying belt 3 on the side view or into a discharging position that the bucket conveyer 10 is not superposed with the carrying belt 3 on the side view.
