PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system which ensures a call to be properly made in the occurrence of abnormality of a slave unit or a patient condition detector detecting the condition of a patient and making a call and also keeps a patient unaware of a call made from the detector, and facilitates recovery operation by a medical worker with respect to a falling-off call from the detector.SOLUTION: The nurse call system includes a slave unit freely attachably/detachably attached to a wall built-in slave unit 20. The wall built-in slave unit 20 discriminates the occurrence of abnormality from a call made from the patient condition detector and determines the occurrence of abnormality or the call, and activates an alarm 44 in both cases. When a call is made from the patient condition detector or the occurrence of abnormality is output from the patient condition detector, a call confirmation light 24 is prevented from lighting/flickering. Also, in the occurrence of abnormality of the patient condition detector, only the operation of a recovery operation part 26 of the wall built-in unit 20 is made effective, a display 26 displays a message urging the recovery operation in the installation place of the patient condition detector and the job site.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 子機や患者の状態を検出して呼び出しを行う患者状態検出機器に異常が生じた際に発生する呼び出しが適切に行われるようにしつつ、患者状態検出機器から呼び出しが行われたことを患者に悟らせないようにするとともに、患者状態検出機器からの脱落呼び出しについて、医療従事者が容易に復旧の操作を行うことができるようにする。【解決手段】 壁埋込形子機に着脱自在に取り付けられた子機1、患者状態検出器機器からの呼び出し、異常状態の発生とを区別して判定し、何れの場合でも、報知部44を動作させ、患者状態検出機器から呼び出しや異常状態が発生した場合には、呼出確認灯24を点灯/点滅させないようにしている。一方、患者状態検出機器に異常状態が発生した場合には、壁埋込形子機20の復旧操作部26の操作のみを有効とし、患者状態検出機器の設置場所と現場での復旧の操作を促すメッセージを表示部26に表示するようにしている。【選択図】 図1
