The present invention relates to a catheter for reopening blood vessel in occlusion. The catheter according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a catheter body and a guide wire rotatable through the inside of the catheter body, wherein the catheter body comprises a rotating part in which a portion is located within the catheter body and another portion is located outside the catheter body, the guide wire comprises a wing part on an outer circumferential surface, and the wing part comes in contact with at least a part of the rotating part located inside the catheter body. According to the present invention, it is possible to stabilize the position of the catheter in the blood vessel during a procedure for reopening the blood vessel in occlusion.본 발명은 폐색된 혈관의 재개통을 위한 카테터에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 카테터는, 카테터 바디 및 상기 카테터 바디의 내부를 관통하여 위치하며 회전 가능한 가이드 와이어를 포함하고, 상기 카테터 바디는 일부가 상기 카테터 바디의 내부에 위치하고 다른 일부가 상기 카테터 바디의 외부에 위치하는 회전부를 포함하고, 상기 가이드 와이어는 외주면에 날개부를 포함하고, 상기 날개부는 적어도 일부가 상기 카테터 바디의 내부에 위치하는 상기 회전부와 접한다.본 발명에 따르면, 폐색된 혈관의 재개통을 위한 시술 시 혈관 내에서 카테터의 위치를 안정화할 수 있다.
