A system for restructuring collagen in tissue includes a transducer including an emitter configured to emit energy proximate the tissue, a therapeutic compound including a collagenase configured to be delivered from a first location relative to the tissue to a second location different than the first location in response to the emitted energy, and a computing device communicatively coupled to the transducer and configured to control the emitter.
