The invention relates to a sweetener which contains a plurality of natural or synthetic agents having a sweetening power, at least one sugar substitute being selected from the group consisting of erythrite, sorbitol, mannitol, isomalt, maltite, lactitol and xylitol, and at least one sweetening agent and at least a fiber content, and to the use of said sweetener.
