PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely practical watching and security liaison system that can find and make known abnormality in the life status of persons living alone and the like at an early opportunity and whose hardware structure is simple, inexpensive, easy to install and therefore does not incur high installation cost.SOLUTION: A watching and security liaison system is configured of an assistance controller 1, a monitoring sensor 2 and an automatic reporting system.
