Impact is performed on the sample by vibrational vibrations excited by sound pressure, and the intensity of sound vibrations is increased before the sample breaks down and the strength evaluation is obtained from the results of a comparison with a reference specimen of a wear-resistant coating, then a conclusion is made about the state of the insulation coating.
