PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumbar burden reducing tool which can cancel or recover a function assisting muscles of a lumbar back part with a simple operation.SOLUTION: The lumbar burden reducing tool with a pressure avoidance function includes: one main member 11 arranged on a left shoulder, through a back, right lumbar, right hip, and right thigh back to a right knee； and the other main member 12 arranged on a right shoulder, through the back, a left lumbar, left hip, and left thigh back to a left knee. The one main member 11 and the other main member 12 cross each other at the back. The one main member 11 and the other main member 12 separate from each other in a lower part than a crossing position 13. The one main member 11 is displaced to a right body lateral side in a lower part than the crossing position 13.
