PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home dialysis supporting system supporting the optimization of the maintenance of a hemodialyzer in hone treatment and the management of treatment results related to dialysis execution.SOLUTION: This home dialysis supporting system includes: a dialyzer 10 for the home treatment including a medical information input means 15 for inputting medical information related to dialysis, a device information detection means detecting dialyzer information during the dialysis and/or during dialysis preparation, a device information decision means deciding whether the dialyzer information is normal or abnormal, and a transmission means for transmitting the medical information, the device information and the decision result of the device information decision means to a central information collection center 40 a central information collection device including a reception means for receiving information transmitted from a patients residence 1, an information conversion means converting the received information into a chart and characters, and a transmission means for transmitting the diagnostic medical information to a hospital 30 being in charge of the patient and a medical information reception device including a reception means disposed inside the hospital.
