The present invention relates to a home water culture device including: an LED adjusting the wavelength of light maximizing the growth of a plant； a humidifier supplying the plant with water in the form of water vapor； and an electric heater for outside temperature adjustment. The difficulties of cleaning and nutrient supply to water of existing home water culture devices can be addressed by the device of the present invention. In addition, the device of the present invention accelerates plant growth by using the LED, the electric heater, and the humidifier. The use of the humidifier results in a decrease in device contamination and a decrease in pollution. When liquid nutrients are supplied to the plant, the device of the present invention substantially facilitates the supply because the nutrients can be simultaneously supplied by being put into the water in the humidifier. In addition, the use of the humidifier results in an increase in the amount of oxygen that can be absorbed by the root of the plant.
