PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsulorhexis cutter that enables intuitive operation and circular capsulorhexis.SOLUTION: A rotary member 2 rotatable around an axis line O is provided with a second through-hole 5b for penetrating through the rotary member 2 along the direction of the axis line O. The second through-hole 5b is hooked by an operation instrument 7 for pressing and rotating the rotary member 2 around the axis line O. Also, a blade part 6 is provided which projects from the rotary member 2 downward in the direction of the axis line O.
