A lens module includes a first lens group, a second lens group and a third lens group which is sequentially arranged from an eye fundus side to an image side. The effective focal length of the first lens group is positive and includes a first lens, wherein the two surface toward the eye fundus side and the image side of the first lens are convex. The effective focal length of the second lens group is positive or negative, and includes a plurality of second lenses, wherein the surface closest to the eye fundus side of the second lens is concave. The effective focal length of the third lens group is positive, and includes a plurality of third lenses, wherein at least one of the third lenses is a cemented lens. The overall volume of the above-mentioned lens module and the ghost image can be reduced.
