PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively blocking the expansion of Linepithema humiles distribution over a long period.SOLUTION: The method for controlling Linepithema humile comprises the following: the ground or a floor surface is applied with a nest-fellow-recognizable pheromone in an amount enough for Linepithema humile to raise repelling action.
