The present invention relates to a fusion protein for treating pancreatic cancer and uses thereof. The fusion protein for treating pancreatic cancer comprises: an antibody recognizing mesothelin which is a pancreatic cancer target antigen and a natural killer cell-inducing protein of CXCL16 inducing natural killer cells to pancreatic cancer cells.
