More particularly, the present invention relates to a water extract which is effective for the treatment and prevention of hyperlipidemia and which can be used for the treatment and prevention of obesity, as an active ingredient. The composition comprising the water extract of white mushroom of the present invention as an active ingredient inhibits the activity of pancreatic cholesterol esterase and pancreatic lipase, and can be usefully used for the treatment or prevention of hyperlipemia.본 발명은 흰느타리버섯 추출물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 고지혈증의 치료, 예방 등에 유효하고, 비만의 치료 및 예방에 사용할 수 있는 물 추출물을 유효 성분으로 하는 물 추출물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 흰느타리버섯의 물 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물은 췌장콜레스테롤 에스터레이즈, 췌장 리파아제의 활성을 저해하여, 고지혈증의 치료 또는 예방 용도로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
