The present invention is to disclose a dual wheelchair comprising: a driving wheelchair which includes driving wheels and on which a user sits； a connection frame which is formed longitudinally, has one side protruding from the lower portion to the front portion of the driving wheelchair, and includes pedals formed on the left and right sides of a part taken along a longitudinal direction； a stem frame which is inserted and fixed on the other side of the connection frame to rotate and is provided with a handle on one side, and to which the front wheels are coupled to the other side； a transfer unit which is provided at the lower portion of the driving wheelchair, and transfers the driving force generated by the user operating the pedals, to the driving wheels； and an auxiliary wheelchair which is selectively coupled to the driving wheelchair to move in the same driving direction on the side of the driving wheelchair.본 발명은 주행바퀴를 구비하며 사용자가 안착되는 주행휠체어, 길게 형성되며 일측이 상기 주행휠체어의 하부에서 전방으로 돌출되고, 길이방향에 따른 일부에 좌 우측으로 형성된 패달을 가지는 연결프레임, 상기 연결프레임의 타측에서 회전 가능하게 삽입 고정되고, 일측에는 핸들이 형성되며, 타측에는 전방바퀴가 결합되는 스템프레임, 상기 주행휠체어의 하부에 구비되며 사용자가 상기 패달을 동작시켜 발생되는 구동력을 상기 주행바퀴에 전달시키는 전달유닛 및 상기 주행휠체어의 측면에서 동일한 주행방향으로 이동 가능하도록 상기 주행휠체어와 선택적으로 결합되는 보조휠체어를 포함하는 이중휠체어가 개시된다.
