PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing both ends of bean sprouts, cutting and removing both root parts and sprout parts from bean sprouts.SOLUTION: This device for removing both ends of bean sprouts has a conveyor 1 which is set through laying down a plurality of holding compartments 3 for receiving bean sprouts in a condition of bringing the length direction transversely followed by rowing in the fore-and-aft direction, end receivers 5 and 8 which arrange in one direction projecting ends projecting from both the sides of the holding compartments 3, of bean sprouts arranged at intervals with both the sides of the conveyor 1 and received in the holding compartment 3, and cutters 7 and 10 which are arranged on both the sides of the conveyor 1.
