PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector unit which does not degrade an illumination light intensity regardless of a use environment, to provide a medical apparatus with the projector unit, and to provide an endoscope apparatus.
SOLUTION: The projector unit 71 which is placed at a medical apparatus tip part and radiates light includes: a light guiding member 55 for guiding the light from a light source to the tip part and emitting it a wavelength conversion member 57 for receiving light emitted by the light guiding member 55 to convert wavelengths an outer sheath member 73 which covers an outer periphery of the wavelength conversion member 57, one end side of which is sealed in the state that the light guiding member 55 is extended, and the other end side of which has an opening part and a transmittance member 75 for sealing the other end side of the outer sheath member 73. A metallic reflective film 77 for reflecting light whose wavelength is converted by the wavelength conversion member 57 is provided outside the wavelength conversion member 57 and the metallic reflective film 77 is sealed inside the outer sheath member 73.
