The present invention relates to a removable endoscope apparatus for gynecological use in performing brachytherapy in the uterine cavity. The present invention includes: a tandem or obturator inserted into the uterus through the vagina a transparent cover attached to one end surface of the tandem or obturator and an endoscope that is inserted inwardly or positioned so as to be inserted ahead of the transparent cover of the tandem or obturator. According to the present invention, inspection and examination are performed while an inner portion of the uterus is directly checked with the endoscope, and thus radiation therapy can be rendered more reliable by means of the injection using the tandem.La présente invention concerne un appareil endoscopique amovible à usage gynécologique pour effectuer une brachythérapie dans la cavité utérine. La présente invention comprend : un tandem ou un obturateur inséré dans lutérus par le vagin un revêtement transparent fixé sur une surface terminale du tandem ou de lobturateur et un endoscope qui est inséré vers lintérieur ou qui est positionné de façon à être inséré en avant du revêtement transparent du tandem ou de lobturateur. Selon la présente invention, linspection ou lexamen sont effectués alors quune partie interne de lutérus est directement contrôlée par lendoscope, et la radiothérapie peut ainsi être rendue plus fiable au moyen de linjection employant le tandem.본 발명은 부인과용 탈부착형 내시경 장치에 관한 것으로서, 자궁 강 내 근접치료를 위해 사용되는 부인과용 내시경 장치로서, 질 내부를 통해 자궁까지 삽입되는 텐덤 또는 옵튜레터 상기 텐덤 또는 옵튜레터의 끝단면에 부착한 투명커버 및 상기 텐덤 또는 옵튜레터의 투명커버의 직전까지 내부로 삽입되거나 삽입되어 위치하도록 한 내시경을 포함하는 것으로 구성되어, 자궁 내부를 내시경으로 직접 확인하면서 조사 및 검진함으로써 상기 턴템을 이용하여 주입되는 방사선 치료의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 등의 다양한 효과가 있다.
