A copolysilsesquioxane microsphere, the preparing method and the application thereof are provided. Specifically, the copolysilsesquioxane microsphere of the invention is prepared by the hydrolysis and polycondensation of any two siloxane monomers with different structures selected from general formula R1Si(OR4)3, R2R3Si(OR4)2and Si(OR4)4, wherein the mass ratio of the two siloxane monomers is 1:99 to 99:1, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are as defined in the specification. The microspheres prepared by the method have excellent performances, and have great application prospect in light diffusion plate, cosmetics and the like.本發明揭露一種共聚倍半矽氧烷微球及其製備方法和應用。具體而言,本發明揭露之共聚倍半矽氧烷微球由選自通式R1Si(OR4)3、通式R2R3Si(OR4)2及通式Si(OR4)4中之任意兩種結構不同之矽氧烷單體水解、縮聚製得,其中,該兩種矽氧烷單體之質量比為1:99-99:1,R1、R2、R3、R4如本文所述。該方法製得之微球具有優異之性能,在光擴散板、化妝品等方面具有很好之應用前景。
