A copolysilsesquioxane microsphere, the preparing method and the application thereof are provided. Specifically, the copolysilsesquioxane microsphere of the invention is prepared by the hydrolysis and polycondensation of any two siloxane monomers with different structures selected from general formula R1Si(OR4)3, R2R3Si(OR4)2and Si(OR4)4, wherein the mass ratio of the two siloxane monomers is 1:99 to 99:1, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are as defined in the specification.
