PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable using a single absorbent article in common regardless of a scene for using it by making the width of the rear side part of the absorbent article adjustable, and to prevent body fluid from leaking from both sides of the rear part.SOLUTION: Rear flaps WB capable of extending outward are provided in rear part both side parts. An absorber 4 is provided in the rear flaps WB, and the rear flaps WB are folded to a skin side by folding lines L1,L2 along the longitudinal direction of a sanitary napkin 1, and the state is maintained by temporary fixing means (compression part 12, adhesion part 13).
