PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-barrel prefilled syringe capable of attaching a coupling plunger to a gasket by pushing without applying high pressure.SOLUTION: The double-barrel prefilled syringe 1 includes: first and second prefilled syringe bodies 2 and 3 a holder member 5 for holding the syringe bodies arranged side by side first and second shafts 41 and 42 and the coupling plunger 4 coupling the shafts on the proximal end. The gasket 22 (32) of each prefilled syringe body includes a body 23 (33) and a plunger attaching member 24 (34). The plunger attaching member includes a plurality of projections 75 for preventing the plunger from loosening.
