PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope suitable for stabilizing a contact position of a second surface at the distal end of an exterior casing to a subject.SOLUTION: The endoscope has the exterior casing, wherein first and second optical systems and a fluid passage for delivering a fluid fed from a prescribed outside device to be discharged from an outlet are housed. The distal end surface of the exterior casing includes: a first surface in which an optical element on the most object side of the first optical system is disposed a second surface which is formed at a position projecting further to the object side than the first surface and in which an optical element on the most object side of the second optical system is disposed and a stepped surface which connects the first surface to the second surface. The outlet is disposed on the stepped surface.
