The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a channel-bonding type scaffold. Specifically, the present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a channel-bonding type scaffold, which comprises the following steps: (1) compressing a first elastic substrate including grooves on a substrate surface to close the grooves； (2) loading a scaffold composition onto the closed groove； and (3) restoring the elastic substrate to an original state. The present invention also provides, in one aspect, the apparatus for manufacturing a channel-bonding type scaffold comprising a compression module for compressing the width of the elastic substrate to close the grooves of the elastic substrate, wherein the channel-bonding type scaffold includes a first elastic substrate having grooves on the surface of the substrate and onto which the scaffolding composition is loaded.본 명세서는 채널결합형 스캐폴드를 제조하기 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 명세서는 (1) 기판 표면에 홈을 포함하는 제1탄성기판을 압축하여 홈을 닫는 단계； (2) 닫힌 홈 위에 스캐폴드 조성물을 로딩하는 단계； 및 (3) 탄성기판을 원상회복시키는 단계를 포함하는 채널 결합형 스캐폴드의 제조방법을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 일측면에 있어서 기판 표면에 홈을 포함하고 그 위에 스캐폴드 조성물이 로딩되는 제1탄성기판； 및 탄성기판의 홈을 닫기 위해 그 폭을 압축시키는 압축모듈을 포함하는 채널 결합형 스캐폴드의 제조장치를 제공한다.
