The present invention provides a high-load imatinib tablet which, based on the gross weight thereof, contains: (a) 30-80 wt% of imatinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof (b) 3-10 wt% of a disintegrating agent (c) 15-30 wt% of sugar alcohol and (d) 0.1-30 wt% of other pharmaceutical additives. The high-load imatinib tablet of the present invention exhibits an action effect of being free from representative tablet damage in the case of deteriorations in tablet properties due to moisturization while retaining excellent medication adherence and disintegration rate.La présente invention concerne un comprimé dimatinib à charge élevée qui, sur la base de son poids brut, contient : (a) de 30 à 80 % en poids dimatinib ou dun sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci (b) de 3 à 10 % en poids dun agent de désintégration (c) de 15 à 30 % en poids de polyol et (d) de 0,1 à 30 % en poids dautres additifs pharmaceutiques. Le comprimé dimatinib à charge élevée de la présente invention présente un effet daction en ce quil ne présente pas les dommages caractéristiques sur le comprimé dans en cas de détériorations des propriétés du comprimé dues à une humidification, tout en conservant une excellente observance du médicament et un excellent taux de désintégration.본 발명은 정제의 총 중량을 기준으로, (a) 이매티닙 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염 30 ~ 80 중량% (b) 붕해제 3 ~ 10 중량% (c) 당알코올 15 ~ 30 중량% 및 (d) 기타 약제학적 첨가제 0.1 ~ 30 중량%를 포함하는 고부하 이매티닙의 정제를 제공한다. 본 발명의 고부하 이매티닙의 정제는 복약순응도 및 붕해속도가 우수한 동시에 함습으로 인한 정제 성상 품질 저하에 있어서 대표적인 정제 손상이 없는 작용효과를 나타낸다.
