A computerized flatfoot diagnosis system and a method thereof are disclosed. The system has a footprint acquisition device that is equipped with a box body and is connected with a computer. The box body is installed with a plurality of LEDs and a camera. The diagnosis method is to have an examinee stand on the footprint acquisition device, and activate the LEDs for shooting at least one footprint image, then turn off the LEDs for shooting at least one footprint image, have the footprints images loaded into the computer for grey scale processing to conduct an image subtraction, then uses arch index to diagnose possible flatfoot. Accordingly, the disclosed is able to shorten the diagnosing time in analyzing flatfoot, and it provides a lower cost, a higher accuracy with repeatability, hence, it is capable of providing objective and accurate diagnosis data of flatfoot for diagnosing and analyzing.
