The present invention relates to a safety syringe assembly. The safety syringe assembly comprises: a cylinder extended to a predetermined length, and including a hollow medicinal liquid space part formed inside； a piston combined with an end of the cylinder, and generating pressure to absorb or supply medicinal liquid during a linear movement procedure； a combination unit combined with a neck part protruding from the other end of the cylinder； a cannula including a body part combined with the combination unit, a syringe needle combined with the body part, and a needle cap protecting the needle while surrounding the needle； a safety cover placed around the cylinder to surround the cylinder, and able to be slid toward the cannula； and a locking connector combined with a longitudinal end of the safety cover to be detachable, and generally controlling whether the safety cover is randomly slid, but locking the safety cover so that the safety cover is not able to be slid by being combined with the combination unit when the safety cover is moved to the cannula after an injection is given. As such, the present invention is capable of preventing infections by fundamentally preventing the safety cover from being randomly slid from the cylinder and preventing the cannula from being moved in the safety cover after an injection is given.본 발명은 안전 주사기 조립체에 관한 것으로, 일정 길이로 연장되며 내부에는 중공의 약액공간부를 형성한 실린더； 상기 실린더의 일측 단부로부터 결합되며 직선운동 하는 과정에서 약액을 흡입 또는 공급하도록 압력을 발생시키는 피스톤； 상기 실린더의 타측 단부로부터 돌출되는 넥크부에 체결되는 체결수단； 상기 체결수단에 결합되는 몸체부와 상기 몸체부에 결합되는 주사바늘 및 상기 주사바늘을 감싸는 상태로 보호하는 바늘캡을 구비한 캐뉼라； 상기 실린더를 감싸도록 그 외주 둘레에 배치되며 상기 캐뉼라를 향하는 방향으로 슬라이드 이동이 가능한 안전커버 및 상기 안전커버의 길이방향 일측 단부에 착탈이 가능하게 결합되며, 평상시 상기 안전커버가 임의로 슬라이드 이동하는 것을 단속하되, 주사 행위를 실시한 후 상기 안전커버를 상기 캐뉼라 쪽으로 이동시켰을 때 함께 이동하는 과정에서 상기 체결수단과 걸림 결속되어 상기 안전커버의 슬라이드 작용이 이루어지지 못하도록 잠금 상태로 고정시키는 잠금커넥터를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라, 안전커버가 실린더로부터 임의로 슬라이드 이동하는 것과, 주사 행위 후 캐뉼라가 안전커버 내부에서 유동하는 것을 근본적으로 차단시켜 감염사고가 발생하는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있다.
