The movement of the piercing elements is limited by contact of the arrester surface with the arrester. Housing coupling mechanism (23) includes a length adjusting device (27) to provide distance adjustment of clearance between the piercing elements and a housing bearing (18) during the contact of the arrester surface with the arrester and movement of a piercing derive (8).
