The objective of the present invention is to render allogeneic blood transfusion unnecessary in isolated pelvic perfusion in which a medication is administered into a closed pelvis while an amount being infused into an artery is greater than an amount being sucked from a vein.This perfusion device is provided with: a means for blocking an artery from the heart to the pelvis； a means for blocking the inferior vena cava from the pelvis to the heart； a means for blocking blood flow from the pelvis to the lower limbs； and a means for closing the pelvis； wherein a liquid containing medication and/or blood is recovered from a drainage tube which is connected to the inferior vena cava, and the liquid is infused into a return tube connected to an artery. The perfusion device is also provided with a pelvic perfusion means provided with a reservoir for storing the liquid from the drainage tube, an autologous blood transfusion means and a dialysis means.
