CONSTITUTION: A powder formulation of a water solution contains L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphoric acid-6-fatty acid and alanyl glutamine. An external use skin formulation containing freeze-dried formulation and aqueous formulation is used by dissolving the freeze-dried formulation in the aqueous formulation. The external use skin formulation is a cosmetic material.
