PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule particle group, microcapsule coated particle group, method for producing these particle groups, and oral liquid medicine in which a sulfur containing amino acid, such as cysteine and methionine, hardly elutes into a solution.SOLUTION: The microcapsule particle group of the invention is obtained by granulating by spray cooling process the dispersion liquid in which the sulfur containing amino acid particle group with a volume median diameter of 10 μm or less is dispersed into hardened palm oil. The volume median diameter is 250-850 μm. The microcapsule coated particle group of the invention obtained by coating the microcapsule particle group with a wax having a melting point of 50°C or more.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、システイン、メチオニン等の含硫アミノ酸が液剤に溶出しにくい、マイクロカプセル粒子群、マイクロカプセル被覆粒子群、これら粒子群の製造方法、経口液剤を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明のマイクロカプセル粒子群は、体積中位径10μm以下の含硫アミノ酸粒子群が硬化パーム油に分散された分散液を、スプレークーリング法で造粒してなり、体積中位径が250~850μmである。また、本発明のマイクロカプセル被覆粒子群は、前記マイクロカプセル粒子群を、融点50℃以上のワックスで被覆してなる。【選択図】なし
