The present invention relates to a method or pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of brain tumor by using streptonigrin and an anticancer agent. Specifically, the composition comprising streptonigrin and temozolomide, or streptonigrin and bevacizumab (Avastin) according to the present invention shows an excellent inhibitory effect on brain tumor cell lines, compared to the use of the individual compounds alone and can be effectively used in a method or as a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of brain tumors. Particularly, streptonigrin and temozolomide or bevacizumab may be administered simultaneously or sequentially. The use of streptonigrin in combination of radiotherapy can result in a significant increase in inhibitory effect against brain tumor cell lines.La présente invention concerne un procédé ou une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement d'une tumeur cérébrale à l'aide de streptonigrine et d'un agent anticancéreux. Pus particulièrement, la composition comprenant de la streptonigrine et du témozolomide, ou de la streptonigrine et du bévashile (Avastin), selon la présente invention, présente un excellent effet inhibiteur sur les lignées de cellules tumorales cérébrales, par comparaison à l'utilisation de composés individuels seuls et peut être utilisée efficacement dans une méthode ou en tant que composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement de tumeurs cérébrales.
