PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dysosmia therapeutic agents that have an effect of repairing or regenerating injured olfactory epithelium such as scratches and are capable of being administered for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The object of the invention is achieved by a dysosmia therapeutic agent containing at least one active ingredient selected from the group consisting of insulin, insulin analogs, and insulin secretagogues.
