PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable rear car for disaster prevention which efficiently moves an injured person in a state that the injured person is on a stretcher when a disaster etc. occurs and can be moved by one person.SOLUTION: A foldable rear car for disaster prevention includes: a foldable rear car body 2 and a stretcher 3 which may be placed above a loading platform part 4 of the rear car body 2. Engagement parts, with which a pair of left and right support frames of the stretcher 3 are engaged, are respectively provided at four corners above the loading platform part 4 to restrict movement of the stretcher 3 placed above the loading platform part 4 in a width direction. Further, members of the rear car body 2, for example, a front wall member 7 and a rear wall member 8, restrict movement of the stretcher 3 in a fore and aft direction.
