PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitumor agent that uses PVA as a polymer, and from that an antitumor active compound is efficiently released in a tumor tissue by the cleavage of the bound PVA after the arrival at the tumor tissue.SOLUTION: A PVA-antitumor active compound complex bound to an antitumor active compound, through an imine binding, derived from at least one carbonyl group of an acetoacetyl group in an acetoacetyl group-containing polyvinyl alcohol is contained as an active ingredient. Since the imine binding is easy to be cloven and the free PVA resulted from the cleavage after the delivery to tumor tissue is rapidly metabolized, side effects can be inhibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 高分子としてPVAを用い、かつ腫瘍組織に到達した後、PVAとの結合が切断されて、抗腫瘍活性化合物が腫瘍組織中で効率的に放出される抗腫瘍剤を提供する。【解決手段】 アセトアセチル基含有ポリビニルアルコール中のアセトアセチル基の少なくとも1つのカルボニル基に由来する、イミン結合を介して、抗腫瘍活性化合物と結合されているPVA-抗腫瘍活性化合物複合体を有効成分として含有する。イミン結合は開裂しやすいので、腫瘍組織に送達された後、開裂してフリーになったPVAは速やかに代謝されるので、副作用を抑制できる。【選択図】 図3
