PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular bandage made of a knitted fabric which is used by keeping it in contact with an inflammation part of atopic dermatitis and cools the skin and prevents migration of moisture to the outside simultaneously only with one tubular bandage.SOLUTION: The tubular bandage made of a knitted fabric is used by keeping it in contact with an inflammation part of atopic dermatitis. The knitted fabric comprises hydrophilic fibers and hydrophobic fibers.
